Cast Study: Argos

I worked with Argos as a client with 101 Ways in 2020. The company had a fixed target that by January 2021, they would finally remove all the in-store paper ordering systems from their stores in Ireland.

They were mass ordering substantial display screens and installing them up and down the country - much like what you could see in Argos stores in the UK. However, we didn't have 24 months and an entirely digital team to implement anything new.

So, I had one of these tablets sent to me. I visited a few stores in the UK to get a sense of the ordering experience and set to convert existing flows via a website into a tablet/touchscreen version.

We nailed a simple 9-week project and rolled out the solution to Irish stores.
